Noklak assembly constituency is in the Tuensang district of Nagaland State. There are 15,561 voters in the constituency of which 13,891 voters voted in the last election making the voting to around 89.27%. The Demographic Bifurcation of the constituency is 98.47% Christians, 0.69% Hindus and 0.52% Muslims.

H Haiying candidate belonging to Bharatiya Janata Party won the seat in last election defeating P Longon of Naga Peoples Front by 5 Votes.
