Tripura Opinion Poll 2018

Tripura Election 2018 Opinion Poll by 'News X - Jan Ki Baat' Held in February 2018

The opinion poll conducted by News X- Jan Ki Baat has suggested an end of rule for the CPI(M) government in the state of Tripura. The government led by Manik Sarkar is ruling the state for over two decades. The poll predicts only 23-29 seats for the CPI(M). It predicts a win for the BJP- IPFT (Indigenous Peoples Front of Tripura) alliance. It indicates the seat count for the coalitions would be anywhere between 31 to 37 seats out of the total 60 seats. The other shocking prediction by the opinion poll suggests that Congress would not be able to win even a single seat. For the other parties too, a zero seat win is predicted.
