Amirul Islam(AITC), Md. Modassar Hossain(CPIM), Milan Ghosh(BJP) are some of the candidates for the 2021 bypoll elections of Samserganj Assembly Constituency. The Samserganj Assembly Constituency of WEST BENGAL state is currently held by Amirul Islam of AITC. In the 2016 WEST BENGAL Assembly Elections, he beat Touab Ali of CPI(M). Amirul Islam got 30.43 percent of the votes.
