Noksen assembly constituency is in the Tuensang district of Nagaland State. There are 11,643 voters in the constituency of which 10,056 voters voted in the last election making the voting to around 86.37%. The Demographic Bifurcation of the constituency is 99.22% Christians, 0.48% Hindus and 0.2% Muslims.

C M Chang candidate belonging to Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party won the seat in last election defeating W Chingmak Chang of Naga Peoples Front by 576 Votes.
