Mylliem assembly constituency is in the East Khasi Hills district of Meghalaya State. There are 31,862 voters in the constituency of which 26,002 voters voted in the last election making the voting to around 81.61%. The Demographic Bifurcation of the constituency is 62.21% Christians, 28.68% Hindus and 2.85% Muslims.
Hamletson Dohling candidate belonging to People's Democratic Front won the seat in last election defeating Ronnie V Lyngdoh of Indian National Congress by 465 Votes.
