Pattambi is constituency No. 50 of Kerala legislative assembly. It is situated in Palakkad district and comes under the Palakkad Lok Sabha constituency. Pattambi is an open constituency.
According to the Election Commission of India, Pattambi has 1,53,713 registered voters. It has 74,534 male and 79,179 female registered voters.
In the 2011 assembly elections, Congress candidate C.P. Mohammed won this seat by a convincing margin of 12,475 votes. Mohammed got 57,728 votes while his nearest contender, K.P. Suresh Raj of CPI, got 45,253. The voter turnout was 76.66 %.
