h2>About Nemom Assembly Constituency Nemom is constituency No. 135 of Kerala legislative assembly. It is situated in Thiruvananthapuram district and belongs to the Thiruvananthapuram Lok Sabha constituency. It is an open assembly seat.

According to the Election Commission of India, Nemom has 1,72,493 registered voters. It comprises 83,421 male and 89,072 female registered voters.

In the 2011 assembly elections, this seat was won by the CPI(M). V. Sivankutty, the winning candidate, secured 50,076 votes. He defeated his nearest opponent by a margin of 6,415 votes. With 43,661 votes, BJP's O. Rajagopal was the runner-up. The voter turnout was 67.60 %.
