Nadapuram is constituency No. 22 of Kerala legislative assembly. It is situated in Kozhikode district. It comes under the Vadakara Lok Sabha constituency. Nadapuram is an open constituency.
According to the Election Commission of India, Nadapuram has 1,77,993 registered voters. It comprises 87,115 male and 90,878 female registered voters.
The CPI won this seat in the 2011 Assembly elections. E.K.Vijayan was the winning CPI candidate. Vijayan got 72,078 votes and defeated his nearest contender by a margin of 7,546 votes. INC candidate V.M. Chandran, the nearest contender, got 64,532 votes. The voter turnout was 82.28 %.
