B. N. Vijaya Kumar was an Indian politician who was previous MLA of Jayanagar assembly constituency in the Vidhan Sabha in Bangalore. Kumar belonged to the Bharatiya Janata Party, which he joined in 1990. He died on May 4, 2018, of a massive heart attack.
