S.S. Malikarjuna - Previous MLA from Davanagere North (106)

S S Mallikarjuna previously served as the Davangere North representative in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. a former Karnataka government minister responsible for youth welfare and sports. He is the offspring of Shamanuru Shivashankarappa, an industrialist and cabinet minister. He serves as the chairman of the Davangere-based SS Institute of Medical Science and Research. In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, G. M. Siddeshwara defeated him. Likewise, in the 2018 Karnataka State Assembly Elections, he was defeated by S. A. Ravindranath.
