Hullappa Yamanappa Meti is a politician from India. He is a member of the Indian National Congress, a member of Karnataka's 14th Legislative Assembly, and a former minister in Siddaramaiah's cabinet. Meti was elected to the Karnataka Legislative Assembly in 2013 from the Bagalkot assembly constituency, receiving 68,216 votes. He was defeated by Veerabhadrayya Charantimath of the BJP in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly election in 2018 by a margin of 15,934 votes.
