Kothur G. Manjunath is a former member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly from the Mulbagal constituency in India. Manjunath ran as an independent candidate after the Congress party denied him a ticket, but he later joined the party. Manjunath was embroiled in a controversy over a caste certificate issued to him in 2015, and he was barred from running in the 2018 Karnataka assembly election due to a court order for a forged certificate.
