Chandrakanthagowda Channappagowda Patil is the MLA from Naragund assembly constituency. He belongs to Bharatiya Janata Party. In 2018 vidhan Sabha elections he defeated Yavagal B R of congress party by almsot 12 thousand votes. Currently, he is serving as the Minister of public Works in Government of Karnataka.
