Krishnarajpet is a Legislative Assembly/Vidhan Sabha Constituency in the Mandya district of Karnataka. There are a total of 2,05,200 voters in this assembly of which 1,04,456 are males, 1,00,741 are females, and 3 are the third gender. In the 2018 assembly elections, this seat was won by JDS candidate Narayanagowda.

The 2019 Bypoll candidates are KB Chandrashekar - Congress, Devaraj BL - JD(S), KC Narayana Gowda - BJP. Krishnarajpet by-election results will be declared on 9th Dec 2019
