About Bilari Assembly Constituency

Bilari is constituency No. 30 of Uttar Pradesh legislative assembly. It is situated in Moradabad district and comes under Sambhal Lok Sabha constituency. It is an open constituency.

According to the Election Commission of India, this assembly seat has a total of 2,92,315 registered voters. It comprises 1,63,782 male and 1,28,533 female registered voters.

In the 2012 Assembly elections, the Samajwadi Party won this constituency by a slim margin of just 1,540 votes. Mohd. Irfan, the winning Samajwadi Party candidate, got 55,694 votes. BSP candidate Lakhan Singh Saini was the nearest contender. Saini got 54,154 votes. The voter turnout was 64.70 %.
