Maharashtra Election Exit Poll 2019



The Chief Electoral Officer of Maharashtra is Baldev Harpal Singh.

Baldev Harpal Singh joined the Civil Services of India as an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officer in 1989 from Maharashtra. Prior to being the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Maharashtra, he had served as as development commissioner of the Santa Cruz Exclusive Processing Zone, SEZ Mumbai. Baldev Harpal Singh had replaced Ashwani Kumar who was the CEO earlier. He had previously held the post of Commissioner of the School Education and Sports Department of the State too.
