Meham is a historical town in Rohtak district of Haryana. The assembly constituency of Meham belongs to Rohtak parliamentary constituency. The seat has been occupied by INC since 2005. Anand Singh of INC is the present MLA from the constituency. He defeated Shamsher, the independent candidate. Singh bagged 43964 votes.
