Anurag Thakur is the Youth Affairs and Sports Minister
The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Skill Development is a government body which formulates and administer the rules, regulations and laws related to youth affairs, skill development and sports in India. The ministry also took charge of the work and organisation of the Commonwealth Games held in 2010 in the country. The Minister of Youth Affairs, Skill development and Sports heads the ministry and Anurag Thakur is the present head of the ministry. M.S Gill and Mani Shankar Aiyar are the prominent leaders who have also held the same positions in the past.
