About Sheikhpura Legislative Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) Constituency
Sheikhpura is a legislative assembly constituency in the state of Bihar. It is located in the Sheikhpura district and a part of the Jamui Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituency of the state. Sheikhpura is represented in the state legislative assembly by Randhir Kumar Soni of JDU. Soni was elected the MLA of Sheikhpura after he won 41,755 votes and defeated HAM�s Naresh Saw by a margin of 13,101 votes in the assembly elections held in 2015.
