Mahnar Vidhan Sabha constituency is located in the Vaishali district of Bihar. It comes under the Hajipur Lok Sabha constituency. It has 2,72,958 eligible voters of which 1,47,506 are males; 1,25,436 females; and 16 third genders. The 2015 Bihar Election recorded a 54% vote share in Mahnar Vidhan Sabha constituency.

JDU’s Umesh Singh Kushwaha represent this constituency in Bihar Assembly. Whereas BJP’s Dr. Achuta Nand stood second by scoring 18% lesser votes. Dr. Achuta Nand had won this constituency in the year 2010.
