Congress�s Rajesh Kumar is the MLA of Kutumba constituency of Bihar. He secured 51,303 votes in the Bihar Assembly election 2015 and emerged victorious. Whereas Santosh Kumar Suman of HAMS stood at the second place with 41,205 votes.

Kutumba constituency is located in the Aurangabad district and also comes under the Aurangabad parliamentary constituency. There are 1,33,307 male and 1,09,842 female voters in the constituency. Kutumba came into existence in 2008 after the implementation of the orders of the Delimitation Commission of India. It is reserved for the candidates coming from Scheduled Castes (SCs).
