Can Delhi dream of being known as a bustling cosmopolitan 21st century city?

We decided to visit Uttam Nagar constituency and tried to see what daily challenges are hurting the people the most. Pawan Sharma is the sitting MLA from the constituency. But he does not seem bothered about the problems of the people. The water that is being supplied to the local people is not useable in any manner. It is so filthy and stinking that no one can even think of holding it in their hands, forget drinking and washing.

It's high time that the voter of the city rose from his slumber and think twice before he casts his vote in the upcoming Delhi polls.
