Controversies

Sumitra Mahajan has landed herself in controversies a couple of times over her comments on various issues. She made a call for reviewing the reservation policy while overseeing a parliamentary session. She met the Jain saint Acharya Vidyasagar and reportedly agreed on his advice and suggestion not to keep eggs in midday meals at schools.
