Congress high command has finally decided to get rid of Sachin Pilot. Randeep Surjewala has announced it before the media that the party has removed Sachin Pilot from the post of deputy CM and Pradesh Congress Chief.

Moreover, Vishvendra Singh and Ramesh Meena have also been removed from their ministerial posts. Although they still are a member of Congress party, it only remains for Sachin Pilot to now officially exit the Congress.

The Likely Demands Of Sachin Pilot

Media reports suggest that Sachin Pilot had put three demands before the Congress high command. Which the party is unable to fulfill.

The first condition from Sachin Pilot was that the Congress should declare him the chief ministerial candidate for the Rajasthan Election 2022. Congress high command was unable to make this public commitment so early.

Sachin Pilot also wanted the Congress party to give positions to the MLAs of his camp. This means the position of the head of any corporation.

Third, Sachin Pilot wanted Avinash Pande removed from his post. He is currently the general secretary and Rajasthan Congress in-charge. Sachin Pilot accused Avinash Pande of siding with Ashok Gehlot.

Congress took these demands as blackmail and went ahead with its decision of sacking Sachin Pilot.

What Sachin Pilot Said

Sachin Pilot is not giving any statements in the media. However, he has made a tweet as a direct attack to Congress. ‘Truth Can Be Harrassed but It Cannot Be Defeated’, said Pilot in his last tweet.

While other Congress leaders have termed the incident as sad and unfortunate. Ashok Gehlot said that Sachin Pilot is involved in a conspiracy with BJP. Moreover, Ashok Gehlot will hold a meeting of his Cabinet and Council of Ministers today.

Sachin Pilot will hold a press conference tomorrow morning, it is quite possible that he will announce his exit from the Congress.
