Sadar Bazar is a Vidhan Sabha Constituency in Delhi. There are 70 Assembly Constituencies in the state of Delhi. Sadar Bazar is a part of Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha constituency. This region also hosts the biggest wholesale household market in Delhi. This market also caters to retail buyers, making it a tourist attraction of Delhi. Sadar Bazar created as an Assembly constituency in the year 1993. Six elections have been conducted in this region, the Delhi Assembly Election 2020 will be the seventh. Som Dutt had defeated Congress’s chief ministerial candidate Ajay Makan in the Delhi Assembly Election 2015.
