Predictions Changing at Last Moment – Congress is going to Win “4” out of “5” States – Kumar Utkarsh 2.75/5 (55.00%) 4 votes

Congress is going to win 4 out of 5 states

Results are on 11th and every party is claiming their victory. The demand for predictors and election experts is at its peak. You will find all the news channels to be selling the shouting debates throughout the day.

But now its results time and the votes have been locked in three states with Rajasthan and Telangana getting completed by 7th so no matter what ever the parties claim the fate is decided within the EVM’s

One thing that is being seen in last couple of weeks that predictors are shifting their gears towards congress at the last moment.  Summarizing the surveys of different political gurus and institutions. It looks like three out of 5 states will be

First – In Telangana – The alliance between Congress, TDP, TJS and CPI is predicted to take the show on 11th December. The Congress is strong in south Telangana districts with TDP strength lies in Khammam and Ranga Reddy districts. If the vote split went in favour of congress alliance, TRS might have to come in opposition

Second – The Madhya Pradesh a tough fight is being predicted and a lot of experts are shifting their gears towards Congress. For example, as per article in Live mint published on 28th November where they captured a lot of public sentiments and people are saying that Congress will win to bring the change

The Malwa region and Central Madhya Pradesh account for 86 assembly seats in the 230 member Madhya Pradesh assembly. In 2013 elections the BJP made a clean sweep winning 76. This time Congress is sensing a huge gain in number of seats in this region and people are showing their hatred against Modi for his fake promises

Third and Fourth – Mizoram and Rajasthan looks like a low hanging fruit for Congress where they are winning the states in almost all the exit and opinion polls

That leave BJP with only Chhattisgarh in its pocket. If anything like this happens it will be a real alarm for BJP for 2019 Lok Sabha elections and the Modi wave will be at stake.
